Create a chrome pluggin

Create a in browser app in Chrome (eBrowser) to communicate directly with the PC’s serial port,USB and/or HID device. 1) eBrowser will read information from local device and make available to process via script. 2) save this information available(stored) in a java-script variable. 3) accept a call back function 4) be able to start the ebrowser in Kisok(full screen) Please note that eBrowser will be used on local intranet.
