The result must be 100% finalized until 13:00 18.04.2017 german time. Build the design in picture 100% like in picture (except "2017" with this cross there) using only javascript, d3.js version 4, and css. One div as container is allowed. Inside only SVG elements (best u put each row in a g element). The source code should be okayisch petty written. On hover over a row the row changes opacity a bit. it needs to provide a function that updates the visualization and receives an array that looks as this: [{"entity":"SPD","value":44},{"entity":"CDU","value":38},{"entity":"Linke","value":20},{"entity":"AfD","value":10},{"entity":"Gruene","value":3},{"entity":"FDP","value":2},{"entity":"Sonstige","value":3}]
