Four jobs on a Joomla 2.5 website

Three jobs on a Joomla 2.5 website; 1. This job is first priority (urgent). Diagnose & fix the big layout problem of this website – see attached screenshot. It had no problems until yesterday. I guess it's a CSS problem. 2. Fix Akeeba back-up. Currently Akeeba gives an error message that php 5.3 is required. I already contacted my host (Dreamhost) and they informed me that it is no problem to edit my domain to change it to php 5.3. You will need to contact Dreamhost to find out exactly how this can be done if you don't already know. 3. Fix captcha so that messages cannot be sent unless captcha is used. Because at the moment messages can be sent from any form whether captcha is used or not. Please only accept this job if you can immediately start work on job number one and continue working until it is finished today. Thanks.
