I am looking for an Attorney licensed and familiar with Small Business Law in the state of Virginia. My business is internet based (websites) - any past experience in this field is preferred. I'd also require someone who is efficient and comprehensive at the same time (I'd prefer to not have templated documents). Please include the time requirements (hourly) for the tasks below with your bid. The following is needed: 1) LLC set up (dual partnership) 2) Contract between partners: 1-2 page agreement (already have the points drawn up, just need this legally written) 3) Privacy Policy: 1 page for website 4) Terms and Conditions: 1 page for website 5) Consulting 1 hour: Need to get some legal advice regarding my business.
