100 one way PR4+ backlinks

I need 100 good quality PR4-9 one-way (non reciprocal) permanent backlinks. Work to be completed within 30 days from acceptance. Full report required of all links made. Specification: • All backlinks must be DO FOLLOW • Only backlinks from English websites • Permanent one way links, no reciprocal links • Links must be on a minimum PR4 PAGE • Each link must be on separate domain and IP address • Links must not reside on a page with more than 25 outbound links • Links must be static text HTML links and include the target keywords we provide in anchor text • Links should be on indexed and followed pages and not excluded by [login to view URL] • Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices • Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) • Links must be permanent, active, and not expiring within 2 years • Links must be in text, no graphics • No links from "under construction" pages • No links from sites which ask for money later • No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising etc... • No blog comment spamming, no ping sites, no links within newsgroups • No links from torrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites • Staggered deployment of the links is required over 30 days to avoid any penalties Payment: Payment will be made once all links are verified and memorized in cache. No payment in Advance. Detailed Excel file to be provided with all link URLs once work is finished to be checked before payment. I reserve the right to refuse any link made and either reduce the payment pro rata per link or request a replacement.
