Freeradius and MikroTik RouterOS Configuration

RouterOS and Freeradius are installed and ready to use. RouterOS is in MikroTik hardware with 10 switch ports. It is in our office with private IP. FreeRadius is using mysql and it is in our datacenter with public IP.
Tasks;
on routeros:
1. configure RouterOS as PPPOE server from 4 switch ports. This is very easy. There are many youtube videos show how to do this. Only takes 10 minutes. (This is for some wifi connections)
2. Point the authentication and IP management to RADIUS server.
3. Keep the rest of the ports on routeros as normal LAN ports.
on freeRADIUS:
4. create user groups for: (1)wifi (2)OpenVPN
5. need to save user and accounting info in mysql
6. ensure security: iptables, fail2banm or similar software (keep mysql remote access but only allow from some certain IPs)
Additional project after this one: ( ***Please do not quota these tasks. I will create separate project when this one is finished)
7. Configure more services on freeRadius: ADSL and 3G broadband
Please advice on freeRadius management tools.
For the configuration of RouterOS, teamviewer remote access will be provided.
The project need to be finished in 72 hours.
