Multi 2/3g USB Modems Router +VPN Acceleration

Project for Multi (6-9)3G USB wan Router for running (IP base Encoder /Decoder). Multi 2/3g/4g Modems VPN Router on Linux zero shall or any Embadded linux base 2g/3g/4g USB modems WAN VPN Acceleration bounding for video streaming with Signal Bar/Load of 2g/3g/4g on LCD 256x64 display CGI Script. Need fully tested prototype device along with ISO/Router software working volts 12VDC. Need tested Two units (Router) prototype router device along with 256x64 Display and ISO image +VPN Router +CGI script software. Main Router has 6-9 USB modem input+ vpn router & one LAN for IP input for Encoder side : ( Remote) side One Wan (Static)and One LAN VPN router for (Decoder) .
