easy site design and integration

Hello I am interested in hiring someone who can help me get my site to look like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], I need someone to design my logo header for me and also make it look very similar to these sites, my site already has the script installed and so I just need someone who can make it look very similar and I will give you the website name and the concept in which I am looking for so you could get to work. The [login to view URL] has a web2.0 feel to it with a nice background, so your designing skills will come in handy. Then I need you to be able to integrate this into the site so it looks great! I also need this job done asap, the person who is hired will be working with me on a long term scale as we do more revisions to the site.
