I need to customize this product on my site: [login to view URL] There are different costs related to this product and the price should change depending on the selection the client makes. Here are the details: DESIGN: $120 - I'm ordering this design for the first time $50 - I ordered this design previously and i'm just customizing dates / links Then, based on the selection above they will get Web Options: If they selected $50, they will have 2 options: $0.00 - Please send me the images, and I will post it myself $50.00 - Please replace the files for me and adjust links if necessary If they selected $120 - they will have 3 options: $0.00 - I will replace set up the site on my own (required familiarity with html / image-mapping. Recommended for advanced users only) $50.00 - Please set up the FRAME of the minisite only, I will do all the content $150.00 - Please set up the frame AND all 5 pages + 1 form. Then there will be 6 fields for them to fill in the names of their links: Link #1 _____________ Link #2 _____________ Link #3 _____________ Link #4 _____________ Link #5 _____________ Link #6 _____________ Organization Name as it should appear on your design _________ And then a comments box for any notes. Once this is done the same form has to be applied to another 11 products that already exist on the site. Will pay $54 to have this done today.
