My name is Kehinde Adefulire and i'm starting a garment/apparel manufacturing company in Nigeria. i have been reading your articles at 'onlineclothingstudy' and they have been quite informative. i am currently working on my business plan and i'm really confused as to how to go about setting up the business especially since i plan on bringing in garment experts from Asia (China, India or Bangladesh) to train a group of tailors here in Nigeria. For this, i know i would need to have equipments in place but i also dont know how units of each equipments to start with. How do we go about achieving this? I look foward to your response.
