After Effects Video Brochures - repost

Can you design an After Effects CS4 only template that I can slot in logos, colours and a movie into. The template needs to be a white blank flat brochure as per the attached PDF that then transforms into the product and comes to life. I would like it to start off blank and then allow me to add colours, logos and text in so I can change this for every company who buys or who is interested in them. Essentially it is a animated version of what it is going to look like. I would like it to fold into the finished product. I have marked the pages at the top so you know what order they go in. The kind of footage I am looking for is a little like this [login to view URL] however I don't want too much focus on the video I want the brochure to rotate 360 degrees so the companies logo and design is visible. Please also make mention of the LCD Screen, USB Port for recharging and uploading videos, and company branding on the front of the brochure as per the you tube video. I hope this helps.
