98127 Email Marketing - Christmas

I need to market my Christmas website to a very specific sector. I have all of the text and graphics necessary for the job, but I lack the ability to get the emails of the sector i want to reach (Adults with young children who love christmas and santa claus) I need to make people aware of my website. I am looking for someone who has the ability to send out targeted, blast emails from date of winning bid until December 01 I am also open to suggestions on how to get my site noticed by people in the US ONLY. I will judge your performance on the amount of hits I get. i will be judging this on reffering URLS, geography, unique visitors, pages visited per person, etc. Payment will be deposited in escrow and will be released when I am satisfied with the project, or when Dec 1 hits. WHichever comes first. I need to sell my product. I give bonuses to hard working people who deliver me RESULTS.
