Full Time Appointment Setting Janitorial Telemarketer

We are looking for a telemarketer to join our team. Preferably from Philippines. We are a mid size Commercial Cleaning Company In Canada. We are growing very fast. We currently have 4 full time telemarketers. We are tooling for a 5th on to join our team. About the job: -You will work 7 hours per day From 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. You will take a lunch break from 12:00PM to 1:00PM (12:00am to 8:00am Manila time) -You will use a web based predictive dialer that will distribute the calls to all telemarketers. So you will not have to manually dial numbers. All you do is wait for a call and give the system a disposition. -You will handle about 600 calls per day. -You will let businesses know that we will be in their area and ask them if we could stop by to give them a free cleaning estimate. -the average telemarketer will book 3 appointments per day. -you will fill out an excel form for each appointment that you book. -All training will be provided. -you will not be selling anything, you will only book appointments for a sales person to visit the customer. -you will call businesses only in Canada. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: -Must be from the Philippines. -must speak good English. -must have a properly working computer. -must own a quality digital USB headset. -must use a wired connection between your modem and your computer. -must have PLDT as your internet provided (all other providers in Philippines and good for browsing but terrible for voice communication) -must not live in an area where their is rooster, dog, or heavy fan noise. -must be willing to work full time. Telemarketers that miss more then 10% of their shifts on a regular basis will be let go to make room for serious telemarketers. You will work for one of the friendliest and most reasonable bosses. PAY: -1 cent per call (the system will connect you to 90-120 calls per hour) you will get paid for every call connected. If you stay one the phone and do not take breaks every few minutes then you will average 600-700 calls per day. So you will automatically earn $6- $7 per day or about $1 per hour. This is guaranteed income weather you book appointments or not. Commission: $3.00 per booked appointment (average telemarketer books 15 appointments per week or 3 per day) -commission is paid on top of your per call price so if you make 650 calls per day and book an average number of 3 appointments per day then you will earn +$6.50 for calls +$9.00 for appointment = Total daily income $15.50 (CAD) per day OR $340.00 Per month ($2.21 per hour) -payment will be done via pay pal but we are opened to other options. -we pat twice per month.
