SIMPLE ANIMATION USING MATLAB

I would like a simple animation of 3 buoys and a underwater vehicle. You can use a circle as the buoy and a rectangle as the underwater vehicle. As attached is the design I am looking at. 1. The buoys should be riding the wave in a circular motion like in reality. 2. It would be best if the buoys are not moving in sync. For example, if one buoy is at the highest point, the other two should be at the highest point. 3. The underwater vehicle shoulde be moving from a slow to fast pace, back to a slow pace and so on Simulate as realistic as possible.
