Metatrader Expert Advisor - Trendline and channel breakout

Hi, I need EA which uses 2 indicators (RSI trendline patterns and Trader Dynamic Index as additional filter). We will use 2 patterns of RSI. Also, I want multi level entries. That is, if price goes to wrong side for X pips, then second entry should come. SL should be counted from last entry. Also, if new entry comes, then TP should be counted from the last entry, and all positions are closed @ 1 TP. Inputs: Number of entry levels; Distance between the levels; Lot sizes (different for all entry levels); Minimum bars for the trend; TP (pips); SL (pips); Pattern B - enable/disable; RSI properties; Use Trader Dynamic Index - True/false; TDI properties.
