Metatrader EA mod

Modify an ea what I need to be changed is 1) an initial buffer variable to my choice so if I set it to 100 or 150 it will start entering the orders from this point must be variable, the orders them selves already have their own separate buffer. 2)the timer function does not work effectively enough the date, the hour, the minute, how many seconds before the news to open orders, how many seconds after to cancel all orders.
