SecurePay API integration

Write a parameter driven VBA function that charges customer credit cards electronically using SecurePay (AUS not US). See http://www.securepay.com.au. SecurePay programming integration help available at [login to view URL] The preference is to use Secure XML API, however a JAVA solution may also be submitted. The code must accept input from a MS Access form and use the response code to show a message indicating whether the payment has been processed successfully. It will ether close the form if successful or permit the user to change the entered data and then re-try the payment using SecurePay. This function will be integrated into a MS Access application (front-end) (v2003 to 2013) in a small network with XP and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit) desktops. Source code is to be documented with coding comments and supplied as an MDB file (with any relevant references) for importing into the main database. The attached MS Access Database contains a user input form called "Credit Card Payment", this runs the "SecurePayProcessing" function, constants are included for testing purposes.
