Microsoft Access VBA Create XML and HTML files from a table

The coder will create two methods to create an XML file and an HTML file from a table. Each corresponding row in the table will be an HTML row or an XML row. The methods should encode special characters properly such as angle brackets and carriage returns. The code should be simple VBA that is compatible with Access 2000 and higher. Open source is okay as long as there are no commercial distribution restrictions.
