Hi, There are better solutions available than Access to achieve what you want. I do understand your requirement as one of other business involves importing products from Australia. But still would like to discuss things in more details. I would suggest using VB.net and SQL Server Express to achieve what you want. This would be best solution in long run as well. However, I am open to discussion from your end. The best way would be to have a Team Viewer or other remote application session on my machine so that I can show you many such applications created by me in the past.
