To develop an Android application with following features: - able to received notification from web services or web application based on table ID or User ID - able to received destination lat/long from web services or web application based on tablet ID or User ID - display destination receive above on the map (google locations or google map, or else) - able to display map during offline (no internet connection) - able to navigate tablet users to the destination (google navigation or else) - able to do navigation using bluetooth gps device (or without A-GPS) - tablet user allow to sent notes or comments back to web application or web services prefer developer with experience developing mapping android application and good working portfolio.
