Finish And Fix An Android App For Google Play Store (I Have Source)

I had another developer create an android app that plays videos. They didn't quite finish it and it has some errors that I need to be fixed. I also need to be able to upload it to be available for the google play store. I have the source code. They sent me the source code without videos files since the video files would be big. I also have an .apk as well. Here is what I need. 1. I need the source code for the android app to be finished without errors. (I'll need the finished source code in compressed zip format delivered to me when you are done) 2. I need the source code compiled to an .apk when you are finished and delivered to me. 3. I need this app to utilize expansion packs (or whatever else is needed) so I can upload it to the google play store. This app is over 50mb. It is around 950mb. 4. You need to understand how to make an app with expansion packs or the similar so I can submit this app for the google play store and have it be 950mb I also need some things in the app to be fixed that I notice on my android device from the .apk. 1. I would like the colors to be changed. 2. I would like the menu icons to be bigger with text under them 3. When the video is rotated from portrait to landscape or landscape to portrait it starts over every time. I needed this fixed so the video does not start over and keeps playing when rotated. I can send you the source code without videos so you can see what the code is like really quick. I can also send you the source code with the video files and I can also send the .apk if needed so you can see what it currently looks like. Once again it's very important that the app be changed so I can submit it to the google play store. The app is 950MB and it is past the 50MB maximum so you will need to use expansion packs or something else to do it. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DO THIS. I already paid money to have this source code made already but the developer disappeared.
