I think it is a great idea for the fisherman. We can set the most fair price for each other. but we(you can I) should make sure detailed app flow & app idea together before set the budget. In a fishing, I think the wether is important. I like your wether idea!!! I can get the detailed wether info of selected location from the google place API. and also, Google map can be used for this app. In order to share the photo/video, we can develop the special web server api. or we can use use Facebook SDK & Instagram API & Twitter SDK & etc. Anyway, I would like to discuss the detailed project specs & app flow with you as soon as possible.
