Sign Contract, take picture of signee, send to google docs

Would like an android application that will allow me to, for the most part (very few spots that need to have adjustability), have a static contract that I can bring up on a tablet, have the signee view the contract, sign with their finger, or a tablet pen, then hold the tablet up so it can take a picture of them, and then the contract is complete, wrap it into a pdf, and upload the raw signed contract, the jpg from the camera, and the pdf to a google docs account that is entered into the settings.
