Write an Android application

Responsibilities: Defining architecture and solution design. Responsible for design, coding and unit testing of components Responsible for evolving the architecture of the product and pick the right technologies for the various components within the system Responsible for designing developer APIs for 3rd parties to build on the product's framework Capable of quickly prototyping new ideas and rapidly bringing them to market Interfacing with customer on technical issues Assisting in research and design of mobile solutions Developing Mobile platforms/frameworks and solutions Participate in project scoping and estimation tasks Responsible for identifying risks and escalating issues in a timely manner Responsible for mentoring junior team members Responsible for adhering to quality processes Explore new techno domain areas Requirements: Overall 5-9 Years of experience 3+ Years of Strong experience in various versions of Android SDK (Mandatory) Experience in developing reusable APIs & in standard and commonly used Android SDK frameworks Have a high level of design skills and a broad understanding of various mobile platform like IOS, Blackberry, J2ME, Windows Mobile Strong understanding of MVC ,Object Oriented development concepts & database design Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology. Understanding of performance and platform limitations of mobile devices and mitigation techniques Good communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and problem solving skills Good in team handling Exposure to embedded technology desired. Android, iOS end to end complex Apps development experience desired. Nice to have: Passion for delivering great product with simple intuitive powerful user experience Appreciation for Product Engineering. Expertise with Agile development methodology – Scrum. Driving and Mentoring team of Engineers to achieve product goals Knowledge of PhoneGap & Titanium SDK
