android wallpaper app

Hi, This is a low budget project( 30- 50 $). if you are expecting more then please dont bid. we want a simple wallpaper Android App. similar to this [login to view URL] -at bottom of page small thumbnails n selected image as a big one on page. -all images will stored locally in the app. -it must be stable( avoid OutOfMemoryError ) -capable of handling ~100 HD wallpaper. -onlong press ask for 'set as wallpaper' , 'more apps' etc.. -zoom in, zoom out feature is welcomed. - create app in eclipse, java you can share with me if you done this kind of work earlier.
