(I won't be that difficult to work with once we get started, but I want to make sure that I'm not going to have a language barrier with the person I hire.) I'm a member of a publicly traded MLM company and have found myself unable to attract new customers online. I have a Facebook account and page, but don't know how to go about promoting the page, attracting new likes, getting shares, fostering discussion, and turning likes into leads. I'm completely useless on Twitter. I'm looking for someone who can get me a following on Facebook and/or Twitter, and perhaps other social networking sites and start getting some people to request the free service that I offer. You will not have access to my personal Facebook account, but I can give you access to my page. I will provide the evaluation and close all of the sales. You need to attract people on Facebook, Twitter, and possibly other social networking sites. These need to be real people, not bots or accounts controlled by businesses. You will also be responsible for getting some of those people to request the free service that I offer. Although you will have quite a bit of leeway to run the operation as you see fit, I do expect you to get started by familiarizing yourself with the products that I have to offer. (You don't need to become an expert, but you do need to have some idea of what I'm selling.) I've never hired anyone for a project like this, so I'd like you to send me a private message with a proposal for how you will be compensated. I expect that a project like this will take some time, so please allow for the time you think you will need in your bid. I'm willing to make periodic milestone payments, but only when I'm satisfied with the results you're getting. Please remember in your bid that I am paying for results, not time. For someone who delivers, this could be a long-term opportunity with the possibility for raises and bonuses.
