Please review following questions and provide suitable answers; #1 Could you provide complete wire-frame design for application? I will review and then provide my comments accordingly. #2 How much stuff have already been completed by previous developer? Do you mind if we can start from beginning or need to start from last state? #3 What are back end technologies i.e. php, mysql or anything else?
