Attach Override to Bluno and manage the barscan from IPhone

I have a project that uses an IPhone to scan barcodes, then connects via LE Bluetooth to a Bluno(arduino) that then turns on a relay. I am looking to add a Cellular Shield with SM5100B CEL-09607 to allow for a text message to override the LE Bluetooth of the IPhone, just encase the barcodes are unreadable.
I also need to have the IPhone know the difference between the delivery point and delivery docket barcodes. Using the product codes we have in place, I would like to see the delivery point to have 11 in front of the product code and the delivery dockets have 00 in front of the product code. Ultimately if the two codes are the same with the prefix showing delivery point and delivery docket it should not matter what the product codes are. Example: product code is 16517 and the delivery point would have 1116517 and the delivery docket would have 0016517 barcodes respectively. The IPhone would read the 11 and the 00 then see the rest of the numbers are the same and turn on the switch.
Adding to this I would also need to have an app that shows on the connected IPhone the Sim signal power in the Bluno.
