Build iPhone Application with 4 screens and simple database with 3 tables

Build simple iPhone Application that allows Beachbody Coaches to send customized emails to their customers. It is very simple with 4 screens, and a back-end database for storing three tables (registrations, products, and categories). Here are details: Login Screen 1. Enter username, password 2. Login 3. If user hasn't created an account, link to "Create New Account" 4. Forgot Password functionality to "Enter Email Address" and receive password in email. Registration Screen 1. Enter Username, Enter First and Last Name, Beachbody Coach ID, Coach Username, Phone Number, Email Address, Password (enter password twice) 2. Checkbox for "Allow Smart Ass Fitness to contact me with updates, and new product offerings" 3. Checkbox for "I am a Smart Ass Fitness Team Member" a. If they select this box, another box opens up in the form to "Enter Team Password" 4. Register Home Screen 1. Menu Options For: a. Challenge Packs b. Fitness Programs c. Sign Up Coach d. Videos e. Ultimate Reset f. Shakeology g. Supplements Send Challenge Pack Screen 1. List of challenge pack images (three across and however many rows down with equal spacing and scroll list) and challenge pack program name. 2. Click on program and pop up shows up asking: a. Send Email b. Copy Link Send Email 1. Loads email with Subject: "Here is the Challenge Pack I Selected For You From Beachbody" 2. Email Message has filled in: a. Name of Program b. Link to buy program c. Description of program 3.
