HTML5 preferred but iPhone app OK. Simple app/msite that lets you navigate a tree structure (see attached) and select a PRODUCT. The tree values are then recorded to a database along with the time/date and your location as specified by you in the app (NOT using GPS). Once you select a Product you have 15 seconds to deselect the product, only after 15 seconds is it written to the database. The backend would need to allow you to setup and manage the tree (an image and title), and pull a CSV file of all recorded information.
