New iPhone app needed (add text to photo

This is a simple iPhone app I have a iPhone/Apple developer account already. I have the domain anme which is same as I want to name the app. I need someone to build the app: - User takes photo and taps button to get text box - they can type text and choose color of text. They can resize text box and place over the image. User can then submit their photo to various websites.
