Sponsored Health Plan Consumer App (Start your bid with Development name: ihealthplan) Platforms: iPhone/Android App Overview The purpose of this app is to store personal health plan information for the user and their family members/dependents. The app will not be used to store any medical information, only health plan information, health care provider(s) contact information and general (non-medical) information about pharmacy benefits and pharmacy contact information. Specific requirements for all stored information is below. In some cases, the app will be specifically branded for a sponsor. This branding will include the pre-population of certain information for all subscribers. The specific information that is pre-populated will depend on the type of sponsor. The types of sponsor could include health plans, hospitals, provider network, private health exchanges, pharmacy companies, employers, self-Insured administrators & benefit Administrators. Please send a detailed proposal detailing the features, functionality, deliverables, engagement model, process methodologies and standardizations, time and effort analysis of the project.
