iPhone app for a Shoutcast Station

We are looking for someone that can create an iphone app that includes the following 5 tabs. I will include all the links and graphics. The xcode source needs to be turn over to us for future editing and we will upload the app. This is a very low budget project. This project will not necessarily go to the lowest bidder, but the one that can do it the fastest, with the most features guaranteed. Price is a major concern though as this is a "community" radio station, and we are paying out of pocket to support unsigned artists with the station. Decision on who we choose will happen rapidly. NOTE: WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS DONE FOR $150 OR LESS. PLEASE DO NOT BID ABOVE THAT, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT THOSE BIDS. Tab 1 Audio player with play, stop, and volume control. -----The audio player needs to show the current song info with or without album picture integration pulling from Amazon depending on artist/title. If the album picture can not be there, it must have at least our logo in place. Tab 2 Playlist --- Showing whats currently playing and the last 5-10 songs Tab 3 Shows --- This tab will show the stations shows. This can be pulled from RSS feed (XML) from our website to automatically update as we update the site with new shows Tab 4 Social --- Showing facebook page and updates made. Tab 5 Contact email page and phone number link.
