I require an iPhone/iPad app to capture drivers licence ID's using the camera and OCR to populate a database with the info. This database should be able to be exported as a excel spreadsheet. The app needs to capture an ID and insert name, address, DOB and license number into the proper fields and have additional fields to manually put in email address and comments. Optionally it should be able to store the scanned image. Can you create an app similar to this?
