my Location based website need to update location by sms code

Please read project carefully, Understand my requirement clearly, don't make imagination more than my requirements. Ask question if need more information. With out proposal Project will not awarded to you. Summery of Project I already have mobile friendly WordPress site, which is based on Google map it contains location based item such as ads. i want to change ads location by SMS code send to specific number. That is done for the summery Details of Project. Each add related by each user, some times one user can create more ads, If it make you some serious issue to develop leave it.** I can make specific user to make all ads. If you worrying various categories of ads Leave it too.** I can make one specific category of ads only. Other issues of developing side feel free to ask. Other back end system and support facilities you can explain to me. I feel some simple app will make this happen. This is my simple project, Hope some will do this in excellent way. Good Luck..
