Mobile website with search functions -- 2

The attached file contains a single-page website that has multiple chapters and sections. Chapter 1 Part I Chapter 1 Part II The data will be used to create a micro-website with each Chapter as an individual page. (Total of about 90 small pages when broken down.) It should have a summary (table of contents) page. The items in the table of contents should be hyperlinked to the actual contents pages. There will also be a search feature that displays relevant results in a google-like manner. Details are in the attached file. I really don't want to spend more than $30 on this but we'll see how it goes.
