Hi, I don't usually look for new clients but I happened to see your serious job post and I wanted to tell you about the biggest mistake I see other clients make when they hire. The most of the freelancers who bid on this job always write template proposal without any considering your requirement. The most important thing is that they are agency or 'employer', not professional developer.
