An app that has a directory of music Artists and Songs; user selects Artist > Album > Song > Part of the Song they want to use as Ring tone > Set it as either ring tone or sms tone straight from the app / add to ring tone library, but can't view the song from music player. Content would be administered via Web console. App should be available on more os stores. App can push updates and show notifications on your status bar just like bbm; Updates would including new songs, some news, etc
