Hi As you can see from my feedbacks I am probably the only moodle expert on the site with more than 8 years moodle experience and a lot moodle related projects already completed. I have done many Moodle sites, and am able to set up the latest version of Moodle, first in French, and then the user will be able to select English, if they want.
