483852 Read one file convert to CSV or TAB

Here is a basic project. C# preferred. --Need a browse button to locate my file for converting. --Need to read file, convert file to CSV or TAB --Need to output file to same name as locate file, but with either CSV or TAB as extension. --Please comment code. I know this is simple but I am trying to learn C and you comments will help. That is IT!! Just read file and loop through file. Information within file is formatted like this (see attachment) txt file will look like this &=TAB &filename CR LF &&FilenameLocation CR LF &&FilenameExtension CR LF &&FileArchive CR LF &&FileSize CR LF &&FileCreateDate CR LF CR LF --------repeat the above format to end of file-------- OUTPUT Format: Add counter Need QUOTES surrounding below words. see attached [login to view URL] file "addcounter","filename","filenameLocaiton","filenameExtension","FileArchive","FileSize","FileCreatDate" CR LF ---------repeat------------ That does it.
