Need a media center Home automation, control app programmer

We are a company that specializes in producing high performance multi room music and media servers. We are looking for a group of programmers to work on future control projects and apps. We are looking for highly skilled programmers who have a great deal of experience and knowledge in developing multimedia home automation control applications, and other smart apps for media center. This is a broad subject so the description is not detailed. The job would be either a full time or part time job with room for growth. The description is very broad as this is such an open subject.
