I need to pick one of the three things to do as mentioned in the requirement (Fault tolerance, Load Balancing, Security). Right now my starter code only supports one server with multiple clients sending messages. But, for the assignment, they have to be implemented with multiple servers. It has to be only .NET version 1.1. No other is allowed.
