Online Radio Station

We are looking for a developer to build a CMS system for [login to view URL] plus Radio player very similar to [login to view URL] please check this site. This is a srilankan community UK online radio web site I want this site to be compatible with every major browsers. We are looking for someone to build the functionality of the site on the front-end and the back-end, We are not looking for the design of the site. Also We are interested in creating a content management system so that the site can be easily maintained by non-technical people. Main skills requied for this job are asp.net , Sql database development, and content management system or some of the newer open source systems. Please submit samples of past work, and show us examples of how you have succesfully built sites, content management systems, and back-end functionality in the past (handling changes, feedback etc.) We are looking for a person with a strong background in asp.net Programming with C# or VB, with good communication skills, and flexibility to handle the inevitable changes that will come with this project.
