Awesome PHP developer to write scripts for recipe parsing

I am creating a cooking/recipe website and will be indexing other recipe sites on the internet. We have designed a workflow for crawling and indexing web sites and have begun writing the scripts, however, our developer had some major health issus and had to quit her job. We need a developer experience with PHP, Codeigniter, and Smarty to take over and complete these scripts. The first 1-2 scripts must be written custom for each website we crawl as the recipe layouts of each site are different... the next set of scripts will be the same for every site, however, the data from the first set of scripts will also be parsed in exactly the same way. We need a developer experienced with crawling/scraping sites and collecting data to finish these scripts. The first few scripts have already been written and are working pretty good... The other scripts need to be tested and improved. I have attached a detailed description of what we're looking to do as well as a step by step breakdown of every step in the process and every script that needs to be included in the workflow. I've also attached a workflow that shows how the data will move around. The developer that I hire will have an opportunity for ongoing development as we have many other features we want to build into the web site. We will also be relying on that person to create the scripts for step 1 in the workflow for every site we index. If this first task is completed successfully, I will be looking to have you complete other tasks totalling $5000-$10,000 in the next 2-3 months. If bidding, please review the workflow descriptions carefully. Don't submit your bid until you have read the document completely. I would like to see accurate bids as well as milestone payments. Once I hire a developer on this, I want to move very quickly, and I want a developer that is going to be motivated to complete the milestones.
