Senior Flex developer needed

What I need done: This is a two part project - first, I need a web based Flex module developed. Second, need to integrate the completed module into a PHP web application already in existence which we own. What I already have versus what the provider will build: We already have a design, but will need inexpensive (but colorful) XP / Vista style icons for this web application. We already have a technical specification for the module(s), and details on how they behave, how they should integrate with the PHP site, and complete details on how the system should work once the parts are integrated. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, this is a web 2.0 application which makes use of "social networking" concepts. Your team should have programmed a social networking site (or similar) heavy with AJAX components in order to have the background we need to complete this project. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience with AJAX heavy Flex sites. Timeframe for delivery: I need to have this up and running within 4 to 6 weeks.
