Small AJAX mobile site

We have a small mobile site that we need built that has a few simple php/html pages and one postcode lookup that will be powered by an ajax script to gather matching localities. Based on the selection the user will be sent to one of six pages. There are 4 levels of grouping. Postcodes are in localities, localities are in districts, and districts are in regions. When the user types a postcode the ajax form will fill with matching localities. When the user chooses a locality the page will either need to show the matching districts, or if there is only one then go straight to the region. The successful bidder will be given a full detailed brief, PSD's of the few pages to see the layout, example flows of paths through the pages, an excel workbook of the data to be added to a mysql database, a complete HTML template already build and a development hosting environment. All you will need to do is create the few pages, import the data in whatever structure suits and build the ajax script. All static content will be added later. There is a very short deadline for this project as we will need it completed by the 27th of October. Having said that there is actually very little work to do, we just need someone with good ajax/php skills who can start work immediately.
