Add comments to article in website

Vbulletin experience necessary: I want to give the visitors of [login to view URL] the opportunity of commenting and rating articles. To prevent spam: Only members of the vbulletin community forum should be allowed to comment. Lifeinitaly is asp based but the vbulletin forum is php based so I need some way to connect the two New User -> Join the forum and then post Returning -> Check on vbulletin membership and then allow comment Check box -> Email me when someone replies to this comment Comment box -> Comment field box ( No live hyper links allowed to limit spam) Comments for new users should be subject to approval Comments from vbulletin moderators etc should not be subject to approval The ideal would be a similar look to the articles on [login to view URL] ( Eventually I would like to have a similar look / functionality for my site ) Comments could be stored by using the url as a unique identifier of the article - they could be stored in either sql server or mysql database. Any suggestion on how to proceed is welcome as well.
