Bulk Mass Email Marketing ASAP

Hello, We are in need of someone that can send out emails from our email list. We currently have around 250k emails that need to be sent out. We need to have all of these emails make it into the users 'Inbox' and NOT be blocked or considered as SPAM. We are increasing our list by about 1,000 email addresses every day, so this will be an ongoing project. We will eventually have a list with around 1,000,000 email addresses on it. We currently have been trying to market to these email addresses with a Bulk Marketing Website, but we have had little luck. It appears that the emails are NOT reaching the Inbox of the users and are therefore not being read or clicked. Please only bid if you can guarentee that the emails will arrive in the users Inbox. Please let us know how this will be accomplished. Any other information about your Emailing Services, such as Emails per Minute/Hour, Accuracy, etc. will be greatly appreciated. Please let us know your pricing for sending out the 250k emails. Also let us know how much per 50k emails after that as we will continually be adding more email addresses to our list.
