We are planning to launch a startup company. And our aim is to launch a listing site for endusers where they can post jobs and get response from companies.
We would like to have a clear user interface like stackoverflow.
We are looking for a web/ui designer who is skilled at HTML, CSS, graphics design. The selected designer will be responsible for creating a CSS template with low page size which fits to web 2.0 concept.
You will deliver templates only. We will adapt them to our project. We will provide further details or examples when we select you.
## Deliverables
1. The aim of the website is to provide a gateway between users that would like to outsource construction works and the companies that are interested in these.
* user will post the details of the work (tags, location, budget, type of work, time frame, documents, photos...)
* the post will be available anonymously
* companies will be able to make offer depending on their subscription
* offers details will be visible to owner of the post (price, company information as name, location, rating of the company for their work)
* the offers will be evaluated by the user and will be shown as in progress
* when the work is done user will give feedback about the quality of the work, company, relations..
* users have to signup to post and companies have to signup and have to have valid subscription plans to make offer
* on the main page there will be various ways to list the posts, new, weekly, monthly
* posts can be filtered by type of the work, tag, status
* it will be possible to view lists of companies by place, profession area and their contact information ([as an example][1])
* users and companies can communicate using internal messaging system
2. We currently do not have a public link, but we plan to have, we can provide then 3. We tried to make a quick list of the pages and it is around 15, please see [login to view URL] attachment
4. Expected audience as company users are individual workers or companies varying from 22-50, and users posting may have older age profile as well.
5. We think having HTML/CSS templates is fine, we may apply site design ourselves.
6. We currently do not have logo and color scheme. We also expect to have assistance in those.
