Conversion Project, Old Website to New, Total Conversion, Very little functionality, would prefer ASP.NET solutions with VB.NET backend reading off XML for content

This is a very small project. I have done a design in photoshop, and all the coder has to do is convert the old site, (which is very small probably around 10, several of the pages point to our main site, however I would like to replicate this content over, with an option to link back to our main site). The site has to be fully functional and ready to go, would prefer a .NET solutions using ASP.NET as a front-end and vb.net or c# as a backend (an XML feed for content population would be perfect). The important part about this project is to maintain the high resolution of the graphics, and keep the navigation easy. Again, this is a small site, there is going to be some changes to the text on the current site, but not much.
